​IMPORTANT

In order for students to participate in any district event, such as All-District Auditions, MPA, or Solo and Ensemble MPA, the director must be a paid member TWO WEEKS prior to the early registration deadline for that particular event, and all students need to be enrolled in at least one band class.

Registration Timeline

​REGISTRATION (October 15 - December 8, 2025):
  • DEADLINE: December 8, 2025
  • COST: $10.00
  • Payment must be postmarked by December 8, 2025
  • After the deadline, a link to check all registered students will be emailed to all directors.  Please email the chair if you need it sent again.
LATE-REGISTRATION (December 9, 2025 - January 8, 2026):
  • DEADLINE: January 9, 2026
  • COST: $20.00
  • Payment must be brought in person to auditions on January 10, 2026
BRING YOUR NAfME CARD TO REGISTRATION.
THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

Registration Information

  • To register, please click on that link and fill out and submit the form for each individual registration.
  • Registration is not complete until online registration forms are completed AND payment is received​.​
  • Invoices for registered students will be sent out within 24 hours of registration. 
  • No refunds for students that drop after the Dec 18 registration deadline.
  • Each student instrument registration is $10.00. Students may audition on more than one wind instrument. Student will be registered for each instrument they audition on for one total audition fee. EX: Jim - Alto sax $10, Tenor sax $10 = $20 audition fee
  • Each percussion registration must be paid for separately.  Ex: Sally - Snare: $10, Mallet: $10
  • Registration fees cannot be transferred.
