​IMPORTANT

In order for students to participate in any district event, such as All-District Auditions, MPA, or Solo and Ensemble MPA, the director must be a paid member TWO WEEKS prior to the early registration deadline for that particular event, and all students need to be enrolled in at least one band class.

Registration Timeline

​REGISTRATION (November 18, 2024 - December 18, 2024):
  • DEADLINE: December 18, 2024
  • COST: $15.00
  • Payment must be postmarked by December 18, 2024
  • After the deadline, the document with all students you have registered early will be located in the "Members Only" section.
LATE-REGISTRATION (December 18, 2024 - January 18, 2025):
  • DEADLINE: January 18, 2025
  • COST: $30.00
  • Payment must be postmarked by January 18, 2025
THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

Registration Information

  • Directors will receive an email with their unique link to begin registering students. To register, please click on that link and fill out and submit the form for each individual registration.
  • Registration is not complete until online registration forms are completed AND payment is received​.​

Audition Results

  • Virtual Audition Upload Due - January 25
  • Judging Begins - January 26
  • Official Results - February 1
