IMPORTANT

In order for students to participate in any district event, such as All-District Auditions, MPA, or Solo and Ensemble MPA, the director must be a paid member TWO WEEKS prior to the early registration deadline for that particular event, and all students need to be enrolled in at least one band class.

Registration Timeline

To register your students for the All-District Clinic, please read and complete the following instructions:
  1. Fill out the “Director Clinic Registration Form.”
  2. Print and collect the “Student Photo/Medical Release Form” and the “Student Medical History Form” from each student you have attending the clinic.
  3. Have a booster, school check, or money order (payable to NCBA Eastern District) prepared for your clinic registration fees. The fees are $35 per student.
  4. BRING the Director Clinic Registration Form, ALL student forms (sorted by form and in alphabetical order by performing group), and payment to Director Registration on the first day of the All-District Clinic. Please do NOT mail these ahead of time.
  5. If you find that one of your students is unable to attend the clinic, please let the chairperson know as soon as possible so that we may notify the alternate.
