With the various learning settings this year, we have decided at the state and district level that it is not feasible to support a separate large ensemble MPA event in the 2021 school year.
For programs that have been fortunate enough to rehearse with larger groups of students this semester, you will still be able to submit performance recordings for adjudication through our virtual Solo & Ensemble MPA event May 13th.
As we start to set our sights on next school year, we are exploring our options for what large ensemble MPA will look like in 2022, and are cautiously optimistic that we will be able to offer our schools in the Eastern district this valuable performance and learning opportunity!
