District President, President Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and
Standing Committee Chairs will be reimbursed for the following:

- Hotel
Expense
- Related
General Expenses

In-Service Conference
- President's
lodging for Saturday night only at the Conference hotel -
standard single room.
- Saturday
night dinner and Sunday's breakfast
- Travel
is the expense of the District President
- All-District
Clinic
- Auditions
- Middle School and High School Auditions Chairmen hotel expense
(NC State Rate) for Friday prior to the auditions.
- Clinic
Weekend - The President, President Elect, and Clinic/Auditions
Chairperson hotel expense for Thursday and Friday night at
NC State Rate. Thursday night's dinner and Friday's breakfast.
- Clinicians
- Honorarium, lodging, travel, and meals will be covered.
- District
Member Clinician - Honorarium, lodging, and meals will be
covered.
- Honors
Band Clinic
- Lodging
expense for President, President Elect, and Honors Band Representative
for one night only at NC State Rate. One breakfast and one
dinner.
