Directors,

Here is the schedule for Festival.

1. Please look through the schedules and make sure you double check the grade that you are playing is listed correctly on the schedule.
2. I tried as hard as I could to get your date first and also tried schedule in the time frame that some of you requested. Scheduling some time frames were extremely difficult.
3. Thank you for those of you who switched off of the last day for me. We had 26 bands request to play on the last day.
4. I had 32 bands turn their registration in on the last day. I use the date of registration received to help schedule. I cannot use that when all of the bands turn their forms in on the same day.
5. We are down about 8 bands this year. Please make sure to encourage the bands in your area to come to Festival next year. Your bands will reap the rewards of preparation process.
